Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped first class mail (within 1-3 business days), unless otherwise requested. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. We offer flat rate shipping for $7.95, with free shipping for orders over $75. We do offer local pick up for customers in the Upstate, South Carolina area. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a pick up date and time.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not ship outside the continental United States.
We are proud of our collection of Southern-made goods, and we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to make shopping at OnlySouthernMade.com as easy and fun as possible. However, we understand not everything you order always works out. If that's the case and you need to return something, please read our return policy and procedure below.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise being returned must be in its original condition with all packaging. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered or washed.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Upon receipt of merchandise, Only Southern Made reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- We do no offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order on OnlySouthernMade.com.

Only Southern Made offers the option of using a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return merchandise. We will email a PDF image of the shipping label to you. Print the shipping label, attach to package, and deliver to your nearest UPS pick up facility for return.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the day you ship your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
